Congratulations! You’ve completed a purchase on iOffer.  What now?

You can request a tracking number on the transaction summary page to obtain shipping information from the seller. Remember that sellers are responsible for payment and shipment of their items.

Contact the seller if you received a tracking number but aren’t sure which shipping company was used.

When you get your new item, please remember to mark it received and to always rate your transaction. This will build your seller’s reputation and help other buyers make informed shopping decisions.
