Today’s Tip: Dispute route

Having trouble with one of your purchases and want to file a dispute?

Go right here!

iOffer’s dispute process facilitates communication between buyers and sellers to resolve issues amicably. When you file a dispute, the seller is notified and given the opportunity to respond accordingly.

Filing a dispute does not guarantee a refund and should not be used in place of requesting a charge back from your payment provider.

When can you file a dispute?

  • This is the first dispute for the transaction
  • The transaction is not rated positively
  • No more than 60 days have passed after the transaction date

Example: Item purchased on September 1 (and hasn’t been rated positively by the buyer): last date to file a dispute: October 31.
