Order up! A fresh take on Buyer & Seller Order Management

With summer around the corner, we wanted to take advantage of the last vestiges of spring to do some cleaning! iOffer transactions are two-side, connecting buyers and sellers from around the world. Managing international orders can be daunting – language, currency and shipping all present special challenges. With that in mind, we redeveloped buyer and seller order management tools by simplifying interfaces and centralizing order information.

Order Summary 

We changed the look and feel of Order Summaries – you’ll find the status of your order and action items at the top of the page:


As your order is processed, you can track the status from the timeline, located just beneath the Order Summary:


Need to contact the seller? User drop a note in Order Messages in the footer:



Buyers have a new dashboard with the ability to manage Orders, Offers, Watchlist Items and Preferences in one place:

We consolidated a number of seller tools into a single order management dashboard.


From here you can review new orders, add shipping/tracking information, and file cancelation requests:

iOffer Mobile – Let your fingers do the shopping!

Today, we’re introducing mobile support for core buying features, including optimized search, item listings and shopping carts. Although most of iOffer is already accessible with mobile devices, our touch-friendly pages load quickly and are designed to allow you to search, scroll and swipe with ease.

Visit from your smartphone or tablet and you’ll find mobile-optimized home and item detail pages and updated “Ask Question”, “Make Offer” and “Buy Now” features. We also updated shopping carts for mobile so you can add your favorite items and checkout later.
